Product Descriptions and SpecificationsCarlson JPM Store Fixtures attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Carlson JPM Store Fixtures does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Carlson JPM Store Fixtures is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Open AccountsOpen accounts are extended after application and approval. Accounts may also be opened for customers with satisfactory D&B ratings. You must be in business for at least one year to be considered for an account. All other orders will be shipped on a prepaid or credit card basis.
Credit CardsWe accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express orders by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. Please list account number and expiration date.
TaxesApplicable sales and use taxes will be added to all invoices. If you are tax exempt, you must provide your Tax Exempt Certificate via email, fax or mail for our files.
Order CancellationIf an order is cancelled or refused after it was shipped in good faith, you are responsible for any incurred shipping charges.
Damages/Shortages — UPS ShipmentsIt is important that you count and inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt. Make sure any damage or shortage is noted on the bill before signing. Please contact our customer service department within 5 days. Claims made after that time will be denied. Save all packing materials.
Damages/Shortages — Truck ShipmentsIt is important that you count and inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt. Make sure any damage or shortage is noted on the bill before signing. It is in your best interest and your responsibility to inspect for concealed damage before driver leaves your premises. The freight company frequently denies concealed damage claims. Please inspect before signing. A claim must be filed directly with freight line within 48 hours. Save all packing material for
inspection. Feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance in filing your claim.
ReturnsReturns must to be pre-authorized by our customer service department and requested within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be freight prepaid and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Returns are to be made in their original cartons and packaging. Unauthorized returns or goods after 60 days from the date of the receipt will not be credited. Slatwall, showcases, glass and custom displays are not returnable.
